1. The job requires leading the Sales team and ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations.
2. Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets.
3. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
4. Monitoring and working on various sales performance metrics with focus on productivity improvement.
1. Proven sales experience of leading Inside Sales teams
2. EDTECH/Telesales / Call Center background would be an added advantage.
3. Minimum 5-7+ years of sales management experience preferable in managing inside sales teams.
4. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
5 Excellent verbal and written communications skills
6. A good thinker and a great motivator with an eye for hiring good talent to build up a strong team.
7. Working Days : 6 days working including Saturday and Sunday
