Job Profile

• The performance matrix will be linked to In time availability of Raw materials and Ontime dispatch of finished goods, ensuring desired Quality of the sourced components & finished goods, Cost savings.
• Aware of Domestic Tax policies, online GST related documents during dispatch including online transactions in the portal.
•  Aware of INCOTERMS for import & export of raw materials & goods respectively
• Work out costing from the Design drawing and arrive at the comparative statement prior to evaluation of suppliers. Knowledge of typical processes Turning, Milling, Spark Erosion, Wire cut and these operations performed on CNC to evaluate the optimum process and costing is mandatory.
• Thorough knowledge of costing machined components, fabrication items, Plastic moulded parts besides up to date information of raw materials prices including MS, SS, Brass, Copper, Aluminum etc in various forms.

Candidate Description

• The candidate should be capable of managing the factory & warehouse operations by ensuring weekly visits
• To arrange direct/ contract manpower for factory and warehousing operations.
• To ensure adherence to safety standards in the factory.
• The candidate should have thorough knowledge of Air, Sea and inland shipments.
• Good contact with several transport providers is mandatory
• The Candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and knowledge of other regional languages will be an advantage.
• The Candidate should have excellent skills sets in working on computers with software including MS Office, Emails etc.
• Strong manufacturing knowledge, market knowledge, geographical knowledge.

• Should have deep vendor base knowledge in Raw Materials including MS, CI, GI, SS, Brass, Copper, Alloys, Thermoplastics & Thermosets,
• Wide knowledge Production/ manufacturing operations, Fabrication, Thermoplastic & Thermoset moulding
• Sub Vendor management Skills
• Knowledge of ISO9001
