Job Profile

The role is to manage and oversee and manage 24x7 NOC operations.

This role is to ensure NOC performance levels are maintained and AOI are timely identified and addressed.

Areas of responsibility Include:

Management of NOC staffing for 24x7 Operations, reviews and monitoring/scheduling .

Oversee day to day performance of NOC Operations and manage the SLAs across the projects.

Proactive monitoring of boards and monitoring tools to ensure SLAs are covered.

Reviewing current processes and procedures to ensure updates are instigated as appropriate


 

Candidate Description

Skill / Competency:

·              Good written/ verbal communication skills

·              Strong Analytical skills.

·              Leadership skills, Preferred – minimum 2 year prior experience as Lead

·              Flexible, positive and team oriented attitude

·              Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis experience.

               - Should be flexible with 24/7 work environment. Experience of handling 24 X 7 SLA based global support operations.
