Job Profile

• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.

Candidate Description

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
• Understanding of test driven development and of software development lifecycle and best practices.
• Ability to act as a liaison between QA and development teams and to ensure that solutions developed by technical teams fit the business needs.
• Hands on experience Web Application testing
