Job Profile

  1. Perform software quality assessment through manual/automated testing, trouble shooting,test plan and test case development, bug analysis, etc.
  2. Provide stellar support to customers in the US and Middle East over emails and phone.
  3. Conduct solution demos and support business development team
  4. Partner in a team environment but also can independently work on projects and tasks.

Candidate Description

  1. Strong analytical skills to proactively detect potential issues
  2. Perform requirements and bug analysis
  3. Knowledge on SDLC
  4. Work closely with software developers.
  5. Understand web technologies well.
  6. Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
  7. Knowledge of Automation Testing is preferred.
  8. Experience in interacting with clients
  9. Understanding of IT application support
