Job Profile
- Perform software quality assessment through manual/automated testing, trouble shooting,test plan and test case development, bug analysis, etc.
- Provide stellar support to customers in the US and Middle East over emails and phone.
- Conduct solution demos and support business development team
- Partner in a team environment but also can independently work on projects and tasks.
Candidate Description
- Strong analytical skills to proactively detect potential issues
- Perform requirements and bug analysis
- Knowledge on SDLC
- Work closely with software developers.
- Understand web technologies well.
- Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
- Knowledge of Automation Testing is preferred.
- Experience in interacting with clients
- Understanding of IT application support
