1. Operations Management (Technical Services)
(a)Introducing new products to customers through presentations & mailers.
(b)Ability to conduct literature search to support product application, toxicology etc.
(c)Extending formulation assistance on case-to-case basis.
(d)Organizing customer visits with Principals.
(e)Updating company website & brochures periodically.
(f)Providing support for all Customs related queries.
(g)Publishing papers regularly.
2. Client Relationship Management
(a)Establish and maintain good relationship with the Clients.
(b)Engage with existing clients and ensure complete understanding of their requirements.
(c)Update the clients regularly about new product range.
(d)Attend customer’s technical and product related queries.
(e)Travel within India to interact with customers.
3. MIS Reports, Documentation:
(a)Prepare Principal & Project related reports.
Competencies Functional:
(a)Good command over English
(b)Good domain /industry knowledge (Pharmaceutical formulation)
(c)Industrial experience in fermentation (upstream/downstream) and preferably with analytical exposure to sophisticated analytical tools would be an added advantage
